Notice to Declare Candidacy for Governing Board Member Election
The regular biennial election of governing board members is ordered by law pursuant to Section 5000 of the Education Code to fill offices of members of the governing board of SALIDA UNION SCHOOL DISTRICT of Stanislaus County.
SPECIFICATIONS OF THE ELECTION ORDER
The election shall be held on Tuesday, November 3, 2026.
The purpose of the election is to elect THREE (3) members of the governing board of
SALIDA UNION SCHOOL DISTRICT BOARD OF EDUCATION:
One (1) Member in Trustee Area 1 (4-Year Term)
One (1) Member in Trustee Area 2 (4-Year Term)
One (1) Member in Trustee Area 5 (4-Year Term)
Forms for declaring candidacy and for the nomination of candidates for the election are available from the Office of the County Clerk Recorder of Stanislaus County, Registration and Elections Department, 1021 "I" Street - Suite 101, Modesto, California.
Declaration of candidacy must be filed with the above address not later than 5:00 p.m. on the 7th day of August 2026.
